衞生：極差，枕頭套和床單上都有毛髮，而且房間根本沒有清毒，過道毛毯太臟。
設施：舊爛
環境：不安全，周邊噪音四起，沒保安，外人隨意迪出
服務：前台服務和管理服務差，態度惡劣。
停車：停車困難，甚至説沒有停車位，衹要入住，基本上不管你車怎麼停，不會因為什麼原因擦到，還推脱責任藉口一大堆，一句話，賴皮不認帳。
