This hotel is the best possible locale (with the except of The Eden across the street--same ownership) in Luso, as far as we are concerned. The staff was warm and professional, and even dashed across the street to greet us and check us in. The only disappointment was that the restaurant here (and across the street) was closed when we were there, although breakfast (included) was available. The room we were in had a bit of a squeezy, tricky layout, but afforded windows overlooking the street on one side and the plaza near the water founts on another. So although the room could have felt closed in because of size, there was still a sense of openness. We would definitely return.
