Premier Inn Luton (Airport)

Lovely room, big, AC, very comfortable bed and duvet etc. Beefeater restaurant and bar right next door was great as we didn't know how far away dinner would be. Very helpful and friendly staff too. A bit of a walk from the station with suitcases. The bathroom smelled a bit like a previous guest had smoked in there.

Nice room, good food. Room extremely noisy. Opposite Luton Carnival participants. Very little sleep. Forced to complain to 8/9 occupants of room opposite, having had a long journey to Luton and a 4am flight the next morning. The start of my holiday was spoiled. Surely an elderly widow should not have been allocated a room right opposite a large group of young party goers? Not a happy bunny!

Unlike other Premier Inn hotels, the rooms are not soundproofed so you hear noise from the corridor, rooms above, and rooms next door. The matress was not the usual comfortable matress I've come to expect of the brand. It was overly soft. Parking spaces were very limited but after some searching we did find some free spaces furthest away from the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. You need to pay for parking at a machine in the entrance lobby. The location is bery convenient for the airport but I'd recommend taking ear plugs if you want to have a good night's sleep.

Great place, staff and food next door I stay at this Premier Inn most weeks as part of a weekly work trip. It’s got everything you would expect of Premier Inn, difference with this one is exceptionally helpful staff who really can’t do enough to help you out. If you happen to have to interact with Kerrie she is exceptional at what she does and is always super helpful even if the query is of the difficult nature. The rooms are recently modernised and are spacious (for what you pay) and very comfortable. Hotel is walkable (10 minutes) from Luton Airport Parkway Food (breakfast and dinner) are served across the car park at the Beefeater restaurant, service is really good. Breakfast is the normal excellent fare you would expect at the Premier Inn. Dinner, I’ve had most things on the menu, and not had a bad meal yet…steak and chicken dishes are particularly good…I’d recommend the chicken skewer or the rib eye steak. Overall can’t fault this hotel

I had an excellent experience with the service provided by Oli, who was attentive and saw over my booking . The rooms were spacious, allowing for plenty of movement, and they offered a generally comfortable atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable.
