The room and bathroom are clean, and the service is very warm. The hotel has a 24-hour check-in. When I arrived at 10 am, the room was ready for me to check in. My flight was in the evening, and the owner also offered to extend my flight time to the airport for free. Thank you very much 🙏 The prices of the hot air balloon and airport transfer they booked were reasonable!

とても良いホステルでした！！Daha(小さい男の子)もとても気さくで、コーラやチャイを無料でくれました。
オーナーも日本語が話せて、旅の相談や自転車を貸してくれたりします。
ロケーションもルクソール神殿やカルナック神殿までも歩いて行けるほか、ナイル川側も歩いて行けます！
是非行って欲しいです！！

ホテル予約仲介業者が入っているので、Trip.comが、直接契約していないホテルのため、予約確認出来ないトラブル有り、しかしTrip.comに連絡し何とか解決しました
スタッフは、とても親切で可能な限り要望を聞いてくれました、食べ物、果物、飲み物、マック、の発注等
ロケーションが大変良く、ルクソール駅、ルクソール神殿、カルナック神殿まで歩いて行けました
ホテル専属のタクシーも有り王家の谷など遺跡へ行くのも頼みやすい
オーナーが日本語が話せるので相談しやすい
特に日本人の1人旅や、安くグループ旅行したい人達にはオススメです

オーナーのハッサンをはじめ素敵なスタッフの皆さんのおかげで、ルクソールの滞在がとても楽しいものになりました。看板犬のロイは大きいですが大人しく、優しい子です。1日タクシーと気球のツアーをお願いしました。とても良心的な価格で気球ツアーは当日強風の為キャンセルになりましたが、全額返金されます。洗濯や細かい両替のお願いにも快く協力してくれました。この場所にいる時だけは心からリラックスして過ごすことができました。
賑やかな通りに面しているので、夜はクラクションの音がうるさいのと、シャンプーリンス等は自分で用意する必要があります。
しっかりとお湯も出ますが、夜より夕方にシャワーを浴びた方がお湯の勢いは良かったです。
気球のリベンジでまた利用します。

私は友人4人と宿泊しました。 とにかく優しいスタッフが多く、たくさんの配慮をしていただきました。 印象的なのは、お土産として現地のコーヒーを買いたいと伝えると、ホテルスタッフのHAGIさんが、バイクに乗せてくれてルクソールの市街地を案内してくれて、コーヒーショップに連れて行ってくれました。 現地では熾烈な値引き交渉もありますが、私たちに観光客価格が提示されることを守ってくれて、楽しく買い物もできました。 あのバイクでのドライブは忘れません！！ ありがとうございました！！ ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー My four friends and I stayed at this hotel. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and considerate. One particularly memorable experience was when I mentioned wanting to buy some local coffee as a souvenir. HAGI, one of the hotel staff, kindly took me on his motorbike and guided me through the city of Luxor, eventually bringing me to a coffee shop. In the local market, intense price negotiations are common, but he ensured that we were offered fair tourist prices, allowing us to enjoy our shopping experience without worry. I will never forget that motorbike ride! Thank you so much!
