While the indoor space and layout are quite similar across room types, the additional private gardens, plunge pools, and expansive common areas truly set them apart. This makes the Six Senses Suite exceptionally good value for money, with the in-room comfort levels absolutely maximized. **Environment:** The hotel grounds are breathtaking, offering beautiful scenery at every turn. Beyond hiking Mount Qingcheng, simply strolling around the hotel premises is a wonderfully relaxing activity. Guests can also book facilities for Tai Chi, tennis, basketball, table tennis, and football."

Our room was very spacious, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the private hot spring was spotlessly clean. For my child's birthday, the butler thoughtfully surprised us with a cake, demonstrating truly attentive service. The complimentary photoshoot provided by the hotel was highly professional. The styling and makeup were beautifully done, and combined with the hotel's gorgeous setting, we were extremely happy with the resulting photos. The photographer was also excellent at guiding the children on how to pose."

The post-rain wonderland experience is unparalleled 💯 The Qingcheng Mountain Forest B&B I chose on Ctrip exceeded my expectations! It was raining the day of our departure, and I was worried about the mountain roads being difficult to navigate. The B&B contacted us in advance and arranged a private car pick-up. Even more surprising—as soon as the car pulled up, I saw the staff waiting at the door with umbrellas. Such thoughtfulness instantly warmed my heart ❤️ Walking through the bamboo forest path, washed lush and green by the rain, the housekeeper had already prepared warm towels and ginger tea to ward off the cold. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows of our room, the mist-shrouded mountain forest was as beautiful as an ink painting, and the air was filled with the fresh scent of earth and vegetation. The afternoon tea was even more amazing: handmade pastries paired with a seasonal fruit platter. Sitting on the viewing terrace, listening to the raindrops dripping from the eaves, the hustle and bustle of the mountain world was completely detached. The most commendable thing was the mushroom hotpot for dinner! The owner explained that the mushrooms are all picked that morning from the mountains, and the broth is simmered for hours with an old hen. Fresh porcini and bamboo fungus swirl in the golden broth, and even three bowls are enough! The housekeeper also thoughtfully explains the taste and health benefits of each mushroom. From the first greeting under the umbrella upon arrival to the soothing hot milk delivered late at night, every detail felt like home. I've already recommended this place to all my friends, and I'll definitely be back when the mountains are covered in crimson leaves in late autumn! 🍁"

"We spent 5 unforgettable nights at Hegu Harmony Valley Retreat in Dujiangyan, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. People: The team here is simply amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They provide such a high level of hospitality, always noticing and responding to every need with kindness. Food: Every meal was a delight. From the fresh breakfasts to beautifully crafted dinners, the chef truly has golden hands. The menu combines taste, health, and creativity — each dish felt like a small masterpiece. Rooms: Our room was spotless, cosy, and full of thoughtful details. The design reflects nature and harmony — from decorations to layout — creating a relaxing, beautiful atmosphere. Activities: The daily program is fantastic. We enjoyed light morning exercises, deep meditation sessions, and even had the chance to try calligraphy. My wife also joined some paid artistic mini-workshops and brought back unique handcrafted souvenirs for her friends — such a special experience! Location: The resort has the perfect setting. It is close to the Giant Panda Garden, Jiezi Ancient Town, and Mount Qingcheng, yet the atmosphere is completely peaceful. Surrounded by birdsong, cicadas, and trees, we breathed fresh air every day. The gardens inside the resort are stunning, with many lovely spots for photos and videos. Overall, Hegu Harmony Valley Retreat is a place where hospitality, nature, and culture come together. We left with our hearts full, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone visiting Dujiangyan."

"Service: Liz from hotel guest relations confirmed my check-in details a day in advance. My delivery even arrived before I did, and after confirming with me, the staff brought it directly to my room. They also proactively anticipated potential needs, truly embodying the service industry's philosophy of understanding and serving customers thoroughly. Environment: The garden view room offered excellent views. It's a 5-minute walk to the ski resort gate. A tram stop right outside the hotel provides access to Mount Qingcheng, the high-speed rail station, and the Dujiangyan scenic area. Plus, there's a whole street of restaurants directly opposite the hotel. Extremely convenient."

"This time I was completely attracted by this hotel when I traveled to Dujiangyan! Kiki's housekeeper service was very good, and the hotel's location was superb. It was a 10-minute walk from the Snow World, and you could take a taxi to Nanqiao at night to see the beautiful night view. I originally booked two days, but it was so comfortable that I extended it for another day. The lake view room we stayed in had a view of the hotel's Shuxian Lake when we opened the window. It was great. I will come again next time! I praise Kiki again! !"

The hotel has an independent forest trail. It is really worth a visit. I was tired. The park can take a bus to the room and the lobby at any time. It is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, and the shuttle bus brother is very enthusiastic. He also helped us with the luggage when getting on and off the bus. The room's orientation was exactly as I requested in my notes. The hygiene was superb, with a newly installed toilet and a Dyson hairdryer. The shower pressure was as fantastic as I remembered. The Miyuan Book Bar was still incredibly comfortable. Everything about the hotel felt so familiar. Taking a stroll after dinner, every corner seemed to hold ten years' worth of memories. I hope that Howard Johnson, despite the current challenging environment, continues to uphold its original mission, innovate, and thrive. We will definitely be back again!"
