房間有點大，一個人住不聚氣，建議住小一點的房。
第二，水龍頭水壓不夠，並且不能調節彎曲，沖涼十分不方便！
第三，隔音效果不好。
第四，地板吱吱響，沒鋪到位，踩踏上去就會想的。

住了幾次了，在鹿邑算是最高端酒店之一了，酒店環境很好，景觀一流，服務也很好，需求很快會處理，是其他住過的酒店服務態度最好的了，早餐菜品新鮮，味道也好，下次還會住。

酒店在這個學院裏麪，學院面積是非常的大，園林景觀非常好，打開窗户非常漂亮。早上可以在裏面散步，空氣非常好。前台的小姐姐非常的熱情。下次回來還會選擇這裏。

1首先説酒店辦理入住的大廳，開車進來沒有任何指示，繞來繞去自己找，很麻煩！
2辦理完入住，就跟小區一樣，自己找樓，稍微迷
糊點都找不到。
3一般來説酒店會提供免費升房服務。這個酒店需要付費升房，提示升房後視野很好，結果加錢升完後，也沒有分配視野好的房間。
4門鎖還有點壞，毛巾真的有點又臟又黑。廁所反味，味道很大！
真的很想退房，但是前台一直不接電話，小區式的酒店走過去又很遠．絕對不會再來住第二次！TA的評價：很糖糕
