"Just as pictured! Nicely located and I feel the price was reasonable for where in town it is. They kindly held our bags when we got there before check in and again after check out the following day. They offer water/coffee/tea for free in the lobby."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location and is incredibly clean and comfortable. It offers exceptional value for money and was definitely the most comfortable hotel of our entire trip. Breakfast was just okay, so you might prefer to eat out. It's also very close to the train station."

"First the best things on this hotel. The location is excellent with only a few minutes to the trainstation and the old town and lake. The building Fassade reflect the great past of this hotel. Now let me get to the problems. The elevator is not up to the standards of hotels at the category. The staff appear friendly but they are not really well trained. The cleaness of the room is far below the expectations of a hotel in Switzerland. The rooms are ok as long as you are lucky to get the room you paid for — namely a room with a window towards the street. Of course they are overbooking and thus you end up with nearly no window at all. The management really needs some improvement."

"This is a very nice and clean hotel. The best 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Has Refurbished rooms. There is plenty of well trained staff to serve you. Centrally located and only 1/2 block to the main train station. It’s easy to bring your luggage to the station so you can go to your next city. The train station also has many food vendors and a couple of markets to buy sandwiches and salads and baked goods."

"The room was even better in person than in the photos – clean and well-maintained. It's located in a very safe residential neighborhood, and it's only a 10-minute walk to Chapel Bridge. "Added 23 euros at the counter to upgrade to a room with a balcony facing the river. Bed: The bedding is clean and hygienic, and the white quilt cover has a bumpy feel. It looks very pleasant to cover and is very comfortable. The mattress is firm and supportive, which is our favorite type; Bathroom: relatively large, with wet and dry separation in the shower, and the toilet is clean; Balcony: Go back to the room at night and sit on the balcony for a while, very comfortable and relaxing; Front desk: The service staff is friendly and able to coordinate according to some of our requirements; Overall very satisfied!"

"The hotel is a typical old-fashioned hotel, decorated in antique style and the elevator is small. Outside the window of the room is Lake Lusen, the scenery is invincible. Breakfast is good. Hotel parking is not convenient, parking is not available at the entrance of the hotel, opposite a social parking lot is charged (temporary parking is not charged), there are two hotel dedicated parking spaces but often not about. However, there is a public parking lot 300 meters away from the hotel. After check-in, the front desk will inform the parking lot location and enter the license plate information, free parking is available."
