We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mercure Lyon, The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room had an amazing views from the balcony. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city.

The chosen room class is more ideal than expected. The facilities and facilities are satisfactory. The room is spacious. Unfortunately, the hotel is located in the center of Lyon's tourist attractions. The Lyon Mercure Art positioning is so high-end. There is only a decent desk and chair in the room of more than 350 feet. There are only 3 The management level should be held accountable for their negligence in replacing this responsibility. The hotel is very cost-effective and is located next to the Jacobin Square. The surrounding environment is good, and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony on the rooftop. The room has two floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to the balcony. It's great!
