Hôtel Mercure Lyon Centre Lumière

Nice staff. Clean room. Just very surprising to have to oaye an extra for my dog. It was never mentioned.

Service and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for them.

I pitty who goes in the summer... In general, it´s a good hotel, not exactly walking distance from main attractions but close enough by Metro (4 stops). The installations are not so great, I would expect much better from a Mercure Hotel, NO AIR CONDITIONING AT ALL, I complained about it and they said there was nothing they could do, we had to sleep with the open window, dealing with the noise of the streets. Aside from that, good breakfast and a good enough parking.

Coty Hotel My room wasn't very clean throughout the week. The furniture were in poor condition. The desk was missing an office chair. I had a soft arm-chair that was far too low to work on my laptop. The bathroom smelled really bad, and the ventilation didn't work at all. There was mold all over the shower seals. All of this made my stay unpleasant. I will choose a different hotel in the future.
