To flee ! The manager is disgusting with stupidity and self-importance. Vulgar too Hotel which is starting to collapse, unsanitary and infested with cockroaches (seen towards the elevator and on the stairs on the day of departure otherwise we would have left immediately) I fear bedbugs too..... I have heard customers complaining about it 😱 Poorly soundproofed room and no flow in the shower what's more.... Nightmare experience

Decent hotel but average overall. We were lucky enough to have a nice view overlooking Lyon. The negative point is the insulation of the rooms. We hear everything the neighbors do and what is happening outside. Additionally, the room was very small. I do not recommend it for a long stay but for one night it is still suitable.

We were accommodated in the nearby annex, more of a holiday apartment, which visually and qualitatively had little in common with the very pretty photos that can be seen on the internet: - shabby staircase - small, very plain rooms - spartan - crooked mini shelves on the Bed - option - shower door transparent, sink not separate, that disturbed our children -

First of all, I'm not in the habit of posting negative reviews on the Internet, but here, our experience was close to a nauseating sketch, because the reception staff and the services were so subpar. No air conditioning, very noisy, very basic room (around a hundred euros per night), no breakfast available. The boy at the reception was very unfriendly and spoke to customers (including myself) in a deplorable manner. Unworthy and far from the basics and fundamentals of quality service and professionalism expected by any customer. Very poor value for money. My partner and I had booked two nights but decided to change hotels after the first night. The boy at the reception still charged us for the two nights. Not recommended under any circumstances. In the interest of clarity, I intend to write to the hotel management and *********** to advise them of this situation. Have a nice summer everyone.
