First of all, I'm not in the habit of posting negative reviews on the Internet, but here, our experience was close to a nauseating sketch, because the reception staff and the services were so subpar. No air conditioning, very noisy, very basic room (around a hundred euros per night), no breakfast available. The boy at the reception was very unfriendly and spoke to customers (including myself) in a deplorable manner. Unworthy and far from the basics and fundamentals of quality service and professionalism expected by any customer. Very poor value for money. My partner and I had booked two nights but decided to change hotels after the first night. The boy at the reception still charged us for the two nights. Not recommended under any circumstances. In the interest of clarity, I intend to write to the hotel management and *********** to advise them of this situation. Have a nice summer everyone.
