Some fittings were damaged in our room, hair dryer and heater bar inside toilet were out of order. Dirt on floor surface was observed. Check in time was 17:00, it was too late and unacceptable and the room price was so high for such poor facility of hotel. We booked hotel after one day already and requested hotel to store our luggage until we should come back the hotel and check in after one day. But unfortunately , the hotels rejected our request and suggested us to store our luggage in train station. We were extremely disappointed for the poor hotel management and never to book this hotel again.

Good check in and check out, some issues with the plug in the sink draining water slowllly and the air conditioner isn't adjustable but otherwise a good experience!

The location is ok. They haven't a knife, or cutting board, and pans for an aparthotel. There is no AC.
It is about 2 km from the hotel to the old town of Lyon.

The service here is terrible. The room is so small, and they haven't enough kitchenware. It's very close to the railway station. Near shopping mall --westfield.

This hotel near the Gare de Lyon-Part-Dieu station is not a place to stay. When I stayed there last month, they took 35 euros from my credit card when I checked in, even though I had already paid for everything through Trip.com. The hotel said the money would be refunded when I checked out, but it still has not been refunded. Trip.com contacted the hotel three times and received no response. Trip.com said they would continue to contact the hotel, but it was so egregious that I decided to warn future guests here to avoid the same non-refund problem.
The hotel's problems are not limited to non-refunds. Surprisingly, there were no towels in the room, and when I complained to the front desk, I was told that all the towels had been sent to the laundry the day before. The hotel had no intention of providing towels to guests who could not even take a shower.

Really good location, 10 mins walk to the train station. Close to one restaurant, bars and super market. The room that we had was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
