I didn't even have to show my passport, as soon as I walked into reception the staff recognized me from previous visits and checked me in straight away with a smile. It's a good feeling when that happens. A bountiful breakfast spread as always.

Very friendly staff at the reception on the arrival, room was big enough bed was comfy and everything was nice and clean. We travel with dog and we found dog bed and bowls surprisingly clean compared to others we found around, super happy about our stay.

Stayed at hotel during Rugby World Cup, and have to say room was very good for the price, and well proportioned. Nice bathroom, comfy bed, plenty of hanging space, and it was very clean. Was in room 504 which overlooked the front of the hotel. Breakfast was either continental or full, but was pretty basic whichever you had. Did always have enough to eat. Main disappointment of this place was the bar, which seemed mostly unmanned and shut at 10. Staff unwilling to open despite there being quite a few in bar area. Location is 2 tram stops from city centre, so easy to get to, and a few minutes from tram stop. A decent base for us, and pretty good value for money.

hotel with a simple polite and smiling welcome, very comfortable, impeccable bedding and very quiet atmosphere, with secure indoor and guarded parking which is very practical with a car loaded with luggage (12€ per night) Only downside, 2 types of small lunches offered, one simple at 9€, the other with savory dishes at 17€, but only one common buffet to serve yourself, so it's confusing, it would be better to have just 1 package at 9€, as much as you can eat
