Very basic in room amenities. Could have been better if it came with kettle. Staff was friendly during check in and most of the time. You could leave your luggage if you come in before the check in time at 3pm. Single room is really small but no problem for me as I have expected and the location is pretty central. There is a shopping street nearby.

The room is very small, and it's a bit tight for two people. It's just for sleeping, and there's no place to hang the laundry. It's basically similar to a domestic express hotel.

Excellent location, in the centre next to the most important l9 and the restaurants. Between the two rivers. Incredible views from the room to the theater of Lyon. The room was very small. The floor was inclined. I don't understand how the coat is a square because every time you move you get out of it and very low. There is a breakfast option for €8 more that is paid there consisting of coffee or infusion, a baguette, a crusant and butter, marmelade, nuts ... deserves the value because food in Lyon is hyper expensive.

Hotel well located, nickel cleanliness, the only downside is the mini bathroom!! It's a bathroom where you can brush your teeth, take a shower and go to the toilet at the same time (a train bathroom is the theme of the hotel), second downside: come for the festival of lights , the price has skyrocketed, a little disappointed for a room of this style

The environment is clean and simple, good and recommended

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the old town footbridge, and the main attractions are nearby, basically within walking distance. There is a food street around the hotel. The room is apartment-style, with a kitchen, clean and tidy, and the front desk service is enthusiastic.

It's the second time I went to this hotel, and i am quite happy with my stay. Location is great, there is a lot of outdoor restaurants nearby. The breakfast in the restaurant is nice and quite a lot of choices. Room are well decorated clean and comfortable. I preferred the room I was at my really first visit at that hotel which had a little balcony with a view to the street. It had a little romantic vibe.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this booking was very disappointing and quite uncomfortable. Although the location was good and the room was clean, we did not look forward to returning to the hotel each night and I would not consider staying here again. The room felt dark and claustrophobic and did not even have drawers big enough to put clothes in. For those wanting to work at the little desk, the chair and limited electricity outlets would have made it very difficult. Although we chose not to have the breakfast, the patio seemed nice. The lobby barely had space to stand in. Although I have learned that the French star system is quite basic, note that in many parts of the world, this would never be considered a four star hotel.

Great location, in the heart of Lyon city center. Very clean room. Plenty of good restaurants just down the street and all around - and luckily its not not noisy at all in the room. The night shift receptionnist is friendly and nice. For a 4-star hotel, it would great if bottled water could be provided in the room although water refiller is available at the reception. But well, the fact is that 4-star hotels standard in Europe is definitely lower than Asia’s 4-star hotels.
