整體地點位置看上去還行，主要是離馬鞍山人民醫院近，但是晚上回來了10點半都沒有熱水洗澡，我想請問這個難道不是一個酒店最基礎的設施嘛？等到12點都沒有一丁點熱水，昨天天氣29℃這麼熱你讓我們到半夜都洗不了澡，真的住過設施最離譜的酒店了，還是如家全國連鎖的，我翻了一下去年也有一個9月份的差評，當時我還覺得可能是個別原因，結果是整個酒店都沒有熱水。前台從10點半開始説在等10分鐘，11點繼續打電話問，也是在等10幾分鐘，你與其這樣拖延時間，讓我以為過一會就有熱水了，為什麼不乾脆告訴我要等3個小時得了，害我一直等到12點，等不了了乾脆隨便擦擦睡覺。然後一直到半夜1點半前台打電話告訴有水了，我都已經燒了一壺開水隨便擦擦睡了，睡著了被你們打電話吵醒了。
設施：難評
我説你第二天乾脆給我們房費減免一點，我説也就算了，説辦不了，衹能送點禮品補償一下。送了2條毛巾和一個不能一次性使用的69元如家會員，這樣能留住什麼客人？繼續來你們這受罪？
服務：態度還行吧，雖然衹知道説抱歉，也沒有實質性的作用，我看出現這種狀況也不止這一次了，難道就不能再改進改進？
衞生：晚上燒了壺開水用毛巾擦的身子，洗臉枱用洗手液洗了是黃色的水，毛巾沾水了水都變的很混濁，有白色沉澱物。
其他的都還行，能説的過去，地點隔音和這個價格都還可以，我愛説實話，各位仁者見仁智者見智，自己看着辦
