梳化床太臟太舊，太影響心情，木地板被水泡的不平，地板破損，房間與照片嚴重不符。空調不夠暖和，開了一夜屋裡才有點熱氣。位置偏遠，感覺沒什麼人。

預訂房間標註有早餐，結果是一盒牛奶一個小麪包，美其名曰簡餐，倒不如不提供早餐，為的就是多賺早餐費用。設施陳舊簡陋，位置離市區較遠。

先説結論房間不值二百多，原因如下
第一，入住時候先給我們安排到了六樓一個返味房間，在我們的要求下給我們更換了房間
第二，更換的房間白天時間沒怎麼住還沒什麼感覺，天黑了之後打開空調房間內噪音特別大，關閉空調後外面還有外機在運行，應該是別的房間也開空調了，一直都是低頻振動，根本睡不着
第三，房間隔音效果太差，一點多隔壁房間還在説話點外賣，全部都能聽見
第四，明明樓下有小機器人，但是外賣人員全部都可以上樓，一點私隱性也沒有
第五，房間門不能反鎖
第六，廁所就給一卷紙，不夠兩個人使用
第七，早餐時間從七點-九點，時間太短
第八，最重要的一點，房間臨時漲價，實在是太過分！
