這個酒店服務太差，衞生條件也差，空調效果也不好，晚上九點多到的，在前台辦入住，工作人員態度不是很好，到了房間結果房間門鎖，也不太好用，要求換房，等了半天也等不到房卡送上來，體驗感太差，再也不會去住這家酒店了！最後還是攜程的工作人員比較暖心

第一次入住桔子，感覺是同類型酒店中性價比比較高的，地理位置佳，離印象滙和金鷹都不遠，早上的早餐種類豐富，中式西式都有，房間明亮寬敞，設施齊全，下次來馬鞍山還會選擇🍊

酒店服務真心很到位，考慮到帶孩子給升級親子房，國慶期間還送了小紅旗🚩和小禮物，有求必應。房間也很乾凈，配備智能小度，打掃的也很及時。
