Nanhu Hotel is my must-stay place when visiting relatives in Malaysia. The lobby is spacious and bright, the service is warm and attentive, the rooms are clean, the facilities are complete, the hot water system is fully functional, and the bath is very comfortable. The breakfast on the second floor is rich in variety, including freshly made noodles and wontons. The hotel corridors are clean and hygienic. There are many artworks placed for guests to enjoy. This hotel is cost-effective, and there are two lake view parks next to it where you can stroll and breathe fresh air.

舒適宜人的環境：走進酒店，大堂寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約又不失高雅，燈光佈置得恰到好處，營造出温馨舒適的氛圍。公共區域乾淨整潔，擺放着各類綠植，增添了不少生機與活力。房間內部更是讓人眼前一亮，佈局合理，空間寬敞，採光極佳。床鋪柔軟舒適，配備了高品質的床上用品，讓我每晚都能擁有優質的睡眠。衞生間乾濕分離，清潔工作做得非常到位，還提供了齊全且品質上乘的洗浴用品。從前台辦理入住時，工作人員就熱情周到，不僅快速高效地完成手續，還貼心地為我介紹酒店的各項設施和周邊好玩的地方。入住期間，客房服務響應迅速，有任何需求都能及時得到解決。有一次我需要温度計，打了電話後，不到十分鐘就有人送來了。酒店還提供免費的早餐，種類豐富多樣，中西式都有，滿足不同人的口味需求，而且餐廳的服務人員也會熱情地引導就座，及時清理桌面。

大堂氣派 ，非常豪華，餐廳也很大，早餐豐盛。房間不行，設施老舊，電視要服務員來調，洗澡水比較小，空調室外機的低頻聲，無法睡覺。酒店位置還行，外部環境也不錯。

除了鬧中取靜的大環境，其他一無是處，老舊的電視、難以控制水温的開關；早餐品種好像有那麼幾個但難以吃飽（在我多年旅行中從未有過），像粥之類的被取完後不會再被添加了，特別是晚間樓頂設備噪音想換個房間，竟被説是～～太敏感……（省略若干字）
