Top 5-Star Hotels in Ma＇anshan

We stayed 10 days in Golden Eagle in June 2023. The location of this hotel is great. The service is awesome. The front desk reception Michelle and others are friendly and professional. I ran into the general manager in the lobby one day asking where to buy 风油精, she worked with her staff to get me one in a few mins. The breakfast is good with many choices. The gym is fine and my boy likes it. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under repair so he didn’t get a chance to use it. We will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

This stay at Wanda Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is very convenient and the surrounding facilities are complete. You can stay very early when you are not busy, the room is very comfortable and warm, and the sound insulation is good. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, especially the front desk guest service manager Xiao Zhang, the service attitude is excellent. I really feel that this is a good hotel that is trustworthy.

The room is spacious and the lobby is grand. The revolving restaurant has unique breakfast, which is updated every day and tastes very authentic. The restaurant has a good view and you can see the whole view. There is no yoga mat in the gym. In addition to the two bottles of water provided in the room, there is a bottle priced at 38 yuan, which is really Bama magic water~

I drove back during the Spring Festival, passed through Ma'anshan, and booked a stay at this hotel. First of all, parking is convenient. The security guard helped us reserve a spot at the door for easy transportation of luggage. The hotel's service staff are also warm and thoughtful, responsive to all requests. The hotel's facilities are quite new and the hardware is good. We had dinner at the hotel and it was delicious. As for breakfast, it is clean and hygienic, and the variety is relatively rich. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

第一晚入住，洗完澡吹頭髮，發現吹風機把手是壞的，沒辦法打開使用，第二天和前台説過以後才給換了一個好用的。 客房內説是有貼心枕頭可以免費使用，然而拿過來的蕎麥枕，裏面是一塊一塊的硬塊，不是市面上我們所能購買到的內裏是散裝蕎麥，所以也根本沒辦法使用，不知道這樣的枕頭和吹風機如何能算得上五星級酒店標準。 衞生間捲筒紙只有照片上這一些些，剛好鬧肚子幾次，就完全不夠用，還用了寫字桌上的抽紙。抽紙更是無語，抽了幾張（真的大概就3～4張）就沒有了，在抽紙盒裡放了一包沒有開封的抽紙，需要我手動打開抽紙盒，再把抽紙袋口子撕開後安裝進抽紙盒使用，整個用紙過程就還蠻不舒心的。第二天客房倒是給我備了些捲筒紙，捲筒紙就光禿禿放在馬桶蓋後面水箱蓋子上，沒有任何包裝，散着放在上面… 準備洗澡時又發現第二天給我補充的洗漱用品是即將過期的，2月入住，3月過期，也就是還有一個月就過期！包裝也和第一天入住時的包裝不同，不知道是酒店的什麼規則，還是服務人員的問題。所以我聯繫大堂副理反映了這個問題，我也拒絕了更換新的過來的解決辦法，但最後還是堅持給我送了和第一天一樣包裝的過來。卻未告知給我補快過期物品的原因… 另外，酒店內容説是有洗車服務，致電前台説要問問，第二天樓下吃早餐正好再去問前台問得怎麼樣了，才回復我因為過年期間，所以也沒法提供這項服務了。要麼就在內容上寫明：什麼時間段不提供；否則寫這項服務內容又不提供就很離譜…我可以理解説是過年人手不夠，但不是等我去問了才告知不能提供內容上未明確寫明有限制要求的服務，而是提前寫明這一點吧。 酒店洗衣機可以用，烘乾機就很無語，熱風烘乾2小時，還是像是從洗衣機裏剛拿出來一樣濕濕的。相比於烘乾機雞肋，洗衣機和烘乾機內的黑色毛絮絮已經不算什麼了，我自己拿了餐巾紙清理乾淨了才能使用。最後還是用吹風機吹吹，稍微幹一點才能穿上車。 這次的入住，整體來説，不太滿意吧。將真實入住情況反映在評價裏，希望酒店能在日常管理中有所改進。

Meilun Hotel is strategically located, very close to Saanshan East Station and convenient for travel. The hotel is clean, the service is standardized, and the breakfast is quite rich. In short, it is a very good hotel.

Thoroughly good experience since checking in. Hotel staffs at front desks are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Check-in process is easy and quick, the staffs even served hot tea while processing the registration, offered water whenever I sit at lobby. The room is clean, all facilities are in working and good condition. Location is excellent too, within walking distance to pretty much everywhere (restaurants, shops, bars etc..). Breakfast options are plenty, and they are all delicious. Certainly would be my first choice if I ever come back here in future.

The local speciality of the breakfast is very good, the waiter is warm, the room is clean and tidy, the yogurt presented at the check-in is delicious, the fruit is fresh, the check-out front desk also sent a mask intimately, the service is very warm
