I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was quite frustrating and disappointing. We requested room cleaning early in the morning before breakfast, followed up again after lunch, and even checked in the evening — only to be told by the housekeeping staff that they were done for the day and couldn’t clean the room. It was unacceptable, especially when the request was made multiple times well in advance. Another major issue was simply trying to get drinking water. We called more than five times requesting bottles, and after repeated delays, we were finally told to go outside and refill our bottles from a public dispenser. For a hotel, this is extremely poor service. Additionally, we had booked another room for our friends. They requested an iron as we were on a tight schedule, but despite several calls, no one responded. Eventually, I had to go all the way to the reception myself just to get basic assistance. To top it all off, our experience at the restaurant wasn’t any better. The staff kept us waiting for a long time and didn’t even offer water while we were seated. Overall, the hotel fell short on basic hospitality standards. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the service quality, because the potential is there — but the execution was sadly lacking during our stay.
