Avoid at all costs! Made 3 bookings this evening (Paid £100-200 more for free cancellation until 14th july) For an august family holiday. The owner called me at 10pm after i had booked the third property totalling £1900 requesting £100 deposit per booking so £300 to be paid ASAP. Clearly couldnt wait till the morning, maybe needs to money.. How do I know this isn't fraud? How is this secure payment? Why am I paying something just because you have asked me too? Some woman in the background telling him what to say. All a little bit dodgy if you ask me. Nowhere does it state that this needs to be paid ASAP it clearly states 14 days before your trip (see photo) he said it wasn't about the money and that he didn't want me to have the free cancellation rooms as it block out his diary for me to then to potentially cancel. It's simple don't advertise it then? He was then very cocky over text message (please see attached) he is unprofessional, has no customer service and is trying to con people for an early pay day. There's a reason why these properties are still available for a sought after location and not many reviews. I cancelled all 3 bookings. Do not book with this company.

Avoid at all costs …really bad experience here on arrival we had paid extra for bedding which isn’t specified when booking it was just piled on the end of the bed so had to make the bed when we got there so may aswell of taken our own …reallly rough chalet park ..padded toilet seat which nobody has seen since the 70’s fridge was dented all over and chalet was filthy …to add insult to injury after we left they stole our £100 deposit stating we’d broken the toilet seat , then blanked us not replying to messages or phone calls …since then we’ve read similar reviews we just wish we’d looked before ….never again !!!

Recently stayed at a caravan on Sunnydale park in Saltfleet, Lincolnshire with my family. Upon arrival there was no current gas safety check which is first and foremost extremely dangerous and also prevented us being able to purchase passes to use the amenities on site resulting in very upset and dissapointed children unable to use the swimming pool/club house etc. No offer of even a partial reimbursement for the upset and inconvenience this caused, only an offer of another stay at a discounted rate which understandably isn't something we wish to do again. Just be careful when booking with this company and double check all health and safety regulations are in place. I have also reported this failure to the local Council in the hope that this doesn't happen to any other families.
