Bom saber que o hotel está passando por reforma em algumas áreas. Talvez seja esta a maior necessidade de melhoria, pois de resto o hotel é bom, principalmente no atendimento dado aos hóspedes.

Avaliar o Royal é muito fácil. , Pois o bom atendimento já começa na recepção, que tem uma equipe fantástica liderada pelo Júnior ( uma pessoa maravilhosa) . O restaurante é maravilhoso com uma equipe liderada pelo Chefe José Bahia e sua equipe de garçons que dispensam comentários , tanto na parte da manhã quanto a equipe da noite . Tem a equipe de manutenção que está sempre a disposição para atender e sem contar as camareiras e governantas que são muito simpáticas , parabéns ao Gerente Rafael que conseguiu reunir um time excelente com Larissa , Claudia e outros que ., obrigado a todos pelo carinho e atendimento

Podia ser melhor. Falta atenção para detalhes como ter um copo de vidro no quarto para beber água ou papel higiênico extra, por exemplo . A água do chuveiro não esquentou, tive que tomar banho frio. Mas os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. O café da manhã é ótimo, bastante variado.
