心心念唸的銀河終於來了 意外驚喜升級了120平的套房 小朋友知乎奢華～
銀河的服務超級nice 看到我們三個人還主動給加了一張床
浪淘園裡娃嗨了三小時 晚上洗好澡就呼呼大睡了 看來非常enjoy
另一個驚喜是銀河提供的三人免費早午餐
每一道菜做的都很好 很地道
銀河的大堂show也是超級壕 很壯觀的show

銀河酒店真的是澳門親子酒店的天花板了！
服務真的讓我非常震驚！
從前台登記benjamin非常熱情得為我們辦理入住
看到小朋友會主動提供畫冊 並直接安排了無煙房
還主動詢問我們需不需要小童帳篷
還會到我們到房間 介紹酒店的設設備
跟之前住澳門jw真的差別太大了
到了房間沒多久客房就來佈置小童帳篷
還送了一些小淘淘的物品
服務員還會跟我介紹二樓的童樂坊很好玩
記得要預約一些項目
客房的Irene 跟 kerry真的好熱情
太喜歡這裏的服務了
房間的歡迎水果也不是那些普通的蘋果橙
小孩也特別喜歡一直在偷吃
房間的minibar都是免費的還有啤酒薯片泡麪
光是兩大兩小的天浪淘園門票就值回房費了
整個入住體驗真的太棒了
我女兒都説下次還要來這裏

Amazing hospitality of the staffs from the reception (alice) and the ambassadress (diane), the joyful vibes of each of them. The housekeeping (lorence) who really make effort to help us bring somethings to the room even its not his work, greetings and welcoming vibes. Thankyou galaxy for the amazing experience , a luxurious hotel indeed! From The Grand Resort Deck and Galaxy kids edutainment a very high recommended for family. You dont get bored, everything is exciting and amazing. Thankyou again for all the amenities and effort. Till our next visit.
