ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOTEL. The room was immaculate so many little touches to make this stay great, included a pillow menu of choice. All the concierge staff were very helpful. As we visited in the low season, some of the pools were closed, though I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot hub! Thank you Jason for welcoming us and very helpful throughout our stay! Would recommend for anyone visiting this area!

We loved our stay at Grandview Hotel! 1st of all, the staff especially at the reception were very accommodating. The lobby, hallways, rooms are so clean and big! The hotel is situated in the quiet part of Macau, but there are a lot of supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants within its surroundings. There's buffet breakfast until 10:30am, so it was really convenient for us to eat even if we woke up late. I think the only thing lacking is that there's no heater in the rooms. But overall we definitely enjoyed our stay here and will recommend to our friends!

The service and friendliness of this hotel is amazing! Once you step into the hotel you feel at home. The staff are so welcoming and take care of all your needs. The cleanliness is good as well and food amazing. We had the Christmas lunch and it was lovely and well prepared. The location is great, away from the hustle and busy areas. Awesome service from start to finish! This is our 2nd time coming and they were exceptional! Shout out to Melody for the duty manager for showing us our room and surprising us with a bday celebration for my partner and provided any help we needed. Furthermore, they have a WhatsApp system so it was easier to get items like extra towels.etc without needing to always call. ! The pool was also good , though it was scorching hot so we didn't stay long. The hotel is connected to MGM via a central one mall and you could use their shuttle bus or you could ask for them to help with a taxi, special shoutout to Roasch? For giving us a ride when the taxis weren't available. All in all. Love it and can't wait to come again soon.

Hotel conditions is good, she locates in town center and easy to take traffic. Room is clean and tidy but not enough water supply (only 2 bottles). Bathroom is big and clean, weight scale including is good. lack of sauna room is a great missing in such 5 star hotel. the great advantage is an I-Pad control whole room facilities. Compare with Wynn Palace she seems a bit old and needs to take some renovation. I may stay again if the price is right.

Got a double single bed room. Was very big. Every was good. Best part was I get to choose the firmness of my pillows within the room. The only disappointment was the so called international breakfast seems to have mainly Chinese food. Also, to maintain the Holiday Inn standard, probably should get rid of the stains around the bath tub/bath area.

The room was amazing. It was a two-room suite on the third floor with a balcony overlooking the river. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood on the tip of the Macao peninsula. Good if you want to be away from the crowds, though it’s about a 25-minute walk to the main historic sites. The hotel felt a bit like a work in progress. The staff was obliging but not always there. There are no elevators and there’s no one outside to help you bring your luggage up the stairs to the lobby. Our room keycards stopped working every day so we had to get them reset. A basic breakfast was included - two pieces of dim sum, congee (rice porridge) and two boiled eggs. The hotel no longer has a restaurant but it has a cafe with an atmospheric outdoor seating area that was popular in the afternoon for coffee and cakes or drinks and bar snacks. There are a couple of tourist sites a short walk north of the hotel: the A-Ma Temple, which sprawls up a hillside, and the Maritime Museum. There are a couple of good Portuguese restaurants a little further north. First is “A Lorcha”, which is on the touristy side, and then on the same street is “Restaurante Litoral”. The hotel is near the last stop on the light-rail line, so you can get to the Taipa casinos and the airport that way.

Very good hotel room with jacuzzi tub, sauna, steam room in the bathroom itself. Room is spacious enough and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Can choose between western or chinese. Great location and very accessible to anywhere in Macau area. Overall had a very relaxing holiday.

If you look forward for a location close to CBD. That is yours. If you look forward for a quick access to hottest tourist spot. Pick this up. Clean, simple and convenient location and satisfying experience would be in your expectation. This is also a good price tag as well.

Stayed here for a trip to Macau and to some casino's in the area. Hotel was in a super good location (about 10 minute walk to the grand lisboa, wynn, etc. and 15 minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul). Would stay again!
