Grand Lisboa Macau

Booked this room for the second time as it is really convenient to everywhere. New Yaohan, Senado Square etc. Many small eateries and shops around the corner. Room is huge and I love the amenities and facilities provided by the hotel. Daily breakfast set was flavorful too with some Chinese dimsum / local variety.
Golden Crown China Hotel

This hotel is a gem! First, it’s convenient location. You just need to go to the G level of Macao airport and cross. Second, 24 hrs reception. The receptionists were very accommodating. We checked in around 10pm and it’s really fast. Third, it is cleaned every day. The room is very nice, especially the view as you can see it’s overlooking and facing the aircrafts and sea. I would recommend this for those having a red eye flight. There’s a lot of free hotel buses down the airport you can really save a lot. Easy access to restaurants, atm machines and bus stop inside the airport as well. Amenities include: toiletries, hair dryer, mini ref, tv, wifi, hot and cold shower, 4 bottles of water and a free pen and memo pad. There’s no deposit fee required. Checking out is really fast as well :)
Pousada De Sao Tiago

The room was amazing. It was a two-room suite on the third floor with a balcony overlooking the river. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood on the tip of the Macao peninsula. Good if you want to be away from the crowds, though it’s about a 25-minute walk to the main historic sites. The hotel felt a bit like a work in progress. The staff was obliging but not always there. There are no elevators and there’s no one outside to help you bring your luggage up the stairs to the lobby. Our room keycards stopped working every day so we had to get them reset. A basic breakfast was included - two pieces of dim sum, congee (rice porridge) and two boiled eggs. The hotel no longer has a restaurant but it has a cafe with an atmospheric outdoor seating area that was popular in the afternoon for coffee and cakes or drinks and bar snacks. There are a couple of tourist sites a short walk north of the hotel: the A-Ma Temple, which sprawls up a hillside, and the Maritime Museum. There are a couple of good Portuguese restaurants a little further north. First is “A Lorcha”, which is on the touristy side, and then on the same street is “Restaurante Litoral”. The hotel is near the last stop on the light-rail line, so you can get to the Taipa casinos and the airport that way.
Pousada de Coloane Boutique Hotel

The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated, right beside Cheoc Van Beach in a quiet part of town. Our room was spacious and though the sea view was obstructed by trees, the sound of the waves and birds singing was relaxing enough. The restaurant fare is delicious and the service was excellent. There are beautiful trails within walking distance and a short bus ride away. Coloane Village is also nearby where Lord Stow's bakery offers the best Portuguese egg tarts in town.

The service of this hotel is excellent! The staff, 陳卓立, who was a friendly and help person, introduced good recommendations for us to consider our meals. His helping hand and service we're really appreciated. This hotel equipped with a warm water swimming pool that is open fir all seasons. The staff, 梁婷婷, was informative and always ready to serve with beautiful smile. Surprisingly, fruit water and fresh grapes were served to the swimmers by their staff. The overall experience during this trip was excellent!

Imagine stepping into a hidden gem that feels like it should have graced this city ages ago—welcome to Hotel Andaz! From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with a warmth that makes you feel right at home. I was even escorted to the elevator by their lovely staff, which already sets the tone for a special experience. Your check-in awaits on the 3rd floor, but don’t worry—you won’t get lost! The team is there to guide you every step of the way. Picture this: you arrive in the late afternoon, and there’s a stunning lounge ready to welcome you with refreshments. You can sip your drink as you take in a breathtaking sunset—talk about a perfect start to your stay! And let’s not overlook the rooms! When I entered mine, I was enchanted by the warm colors and the immaculate bathroom. But wait—there’s a tub in a standard room! In a small city like Macau, that’s pure luxury that many hotels can’t boast about. Oh, and here’s a delightful surprise: in the cupboard drawer, you’ll find a box of famous almond cookies, a must-try treat that speaks to the heart of Macau.
