The Hotel has a good location , we got a jockey club facing room which was excellent. It’s a 5-7 minutes cab ride from Venetian. The room was very good and had all basic room necessities, washroom was excellent with separated sections. The staff was kind enough to give us balcony room upgrade. The breakfast was decent, had fewer options compared to my other stays at similar hotels, but the staff in the restaurant was very good and us being restricted on the kind of meat we can eat, they without even asking offered us alternate options that were quickly made in the kitchen and served.

Legend Palace Hotel truly lives up to its name—grand and magnificent in every way! We were thrilled to receive a free upgrade to an executive room with a sea view, and it was simply stunning. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a living room, a bedroom, and a gold-themed design that made us feel like royalty. The balcony with sea views was the cherry on top, offering a serene and luxurious vibe. The bathroom was massive, complete with a bathtub and upscale amenities. The hotel’s location is also ideal—close to other major hotels with shuttle buses available to explore Macau easily. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we’ll definitely be back for another luxurious stay. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. I recently stayed at Wynn Palace Macau and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's grandeur and elegant design immediately impressed me. Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls. Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

But I think St.Regis hotel is the best hotel in the world. I was lucky to have spent my couple's 15th wedding anniversary in Macau. Thank you for leaving me as a happy memory. In particular, I think Chris' kindness will remain as a good memory for me forever. I was really comfortable and happy thanks to Chris during my stay at the St. Regis Hotel. He explained me a lot of information about Macau. He allowed me to experience the best kindness that I can't experience at other hotels. Other guests also expressed their ”best(Thumbs up)” expression when Chris passed by. He is a person who gives a lot of kindness to all the guests. All the guests who meet him are lucky. check-in at 5pm and was informed that rooms not yet ready. A bit surprised and glad to know the rooms are ready before we finished checking-in. Promised fruits were not delivered to rooms though. Appreciate an alternative way to allow luggage getting through the ****** (not staying in ****** area, just passing through from one entrance to one exit) Thx

Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). It is true that the room type has more space. The most important thing is to walk 2-2w5 steps a day in the old town and have a full body massage. The chair is so cool! ! The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Special thanks to Catherine/Colin/Edmond. Picture 6 Friendly reminder: When making tea in the silver tea set of Huating Afternoon Tea, be careful not to get burned on the top of the tea lid. Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. I was looking for a getaway to have a quality time all alone surrounded with wild nature only and this is exactly what I needed in Macau. The estate is located on the hill side above the second popular beach in Macau, with zero traffic, so most of the time one may hear birds tweeting and waves beating against the shore, perfect. The sea itself wasn’t the priority for me as I’m realistic and aware of the rather sad water pollution at this part of the South Chinese Sea, that’s why I was more than happy to find an amazing pool right at the door, with not many guests sharing the desire to cool down in the pool I felt it was all mine, and while swimming one can’t help but think what may be better to enjoy pleasant waters being amidst lush green hills. I love the furniture in the room, all in the same style, obviously customized and styled in Mediterranean fashion and so is the room, decorated with blue&white tiles, showcasing the Portugal distinctive artwork. I would just suggest to add some mugs or cups so that the guests could pumper themselves with teas or coffees sitting out in the romantic balcony gazing the skies . Be ready to climb up the hill a little bit to reach the hotel, and if you wish to travel by bus, also need to go upstairs, which may be a little hard if you have suitcases. But the staff also can help you to find a taxi, so it’s not a big problem. The neighborhood is small yet there’s a decent restaurant Gondola, in 5 min walking distance. Huge advantage of the hotel location is its proximity to the popular tourist spot Coloane village and Black Sand Beach, you may walk or take a bus so it’s really close as well as the casino area, just 20 min by bus. Recommend everyone sharing same values!
