High quality residence: all is pretty new, air conditioning is functioning well, staff is nice and the view is great. You may find parking for free in the street and use the swimming pool (although a bit crowded). Good value for money. A pity for the many mosquitoes and wasps around the pool area.

We booked this hotel because of the great reviews, but I wish we had noticed that all the good reviews are from many years ago. This is NOT a hotel, but a residence. The staff are supposed to be available 24/7 for support. When I was having issues, I called them to let them know and see if they could help with a solution. Claudia was very rude, informing me I woke her and her baby up and she refused to speak any further. She was very unprofessional. They either need to review their 24/7 availability or have staff that can actually assist people around the clock.

Bellissima esperienza, il personale é davvero gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: la struttura é nuova e molto pulita. Volendo proprio trovare un difetto, l’assenza di un angolo ristorazione/colazione all’interno del Residence e i pochi posti auto coperti. Anche in questo caso, però, la disponibilità dei proprietari ha completamente esaudito le nostre esigenze con consigli sui posti vicini più indicati e sui posti auto migliori nelle vicinanze della struttura. Consigliato per weekend/vacanze in pace e tranquillità, senza rinunciare alla possibilità di visitare il bellissimo paesaggio che si può ammirare dai balconi delle camere.

Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni ad agosto e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Personale serio, cordiale e gentile. Le camere stupende, ampie e pulitissime. Per rilassarsi é ottimo, piscina pulitissima e ben tenuta. Posizione abbastanza centrale. Ti forniscono inoltre tramite una brochure online con tutte le informazioni utili per soggiornare: ristoranti nelle vicinanze, supermercati, bar, informazioni sulla struttura in generale e così via. Ci ritorneremo!

Bellissima soluzione a Macerata, città in cui purtroppo scarseggiano un po le strutture. Il residence è molto ben organizzato, pulito e con un personale molto gentile e disponibile. Piscina e terrazza molto belli e rilassanti. Non essendo in centro è necessario avere la macchina ma la struttura dispone di parcheggi e la zona è estremamente tranquilla.

Nel viaggio di ritorno dalla Calabria abbiamo deciso di fare una tappa per spezzare in due il tragitto e cercando ci è venuta in mente quella zona. Cercando su Internet abbiamo trovato questo b&b. Arriviamo e restiamo ad occhi aperti! Un piccolo angolo di paradiso in mezzo al nulla ma a piccolissima distanza (5 minuti) dal centro di Macerata che (nella mia ignoranza) ho scoperto essere una bellissima città. Prezzo a mio parere dignitoso per ciò che offre.

La struttura si è dimostrata comoda e pulita. La gestione cortese e disponibile. L'accesso e il checkin sono organizzati all'insegna della praticità e della autonomia. Si può arrivare a qualsiasi ora, si parcheggia comodamente e si accede alla propria stanza seguendo le istruzioni ricevute chiare e precise
