好評:水大，床墊好。中評:早餐一般般。差評：空調不能設定温度/燈光不能單獨控制/地下停車場亂。總結：雖然前台熱情，但性價比太低，以後不會入住這個品牌。

進出方便，專人指揮停車，前台美女姐姐漂亮，服務態度很好，房間很乾凈，整潔。餐廳應該剛剛升級，早餐豐盛多樣，小孩子超喜歡

衝著麗楓的名字定的，結果非常失望，小縣城這個價位不算便宜了，半夜到了，找了半天也沒有停車位，前台異常冷淡，我們定的家庭房選的有兩份早餐的價位，到了之後問前台能不能跟孩子送一份早餐，前台頭都沒有抬冷淡地説那送不了，凌晨一點入住，早上不到八點就退了房，衞生不大行，澡都沒洗，衹用了一點水刷了個牙，下次不選這個了。

麗楓酒店麻城高鐵站店，一次意外中的温馨與安心之旅！
從踏入酒店的那一刻起，我就被其優雅的環境和細緻的服務深深吸引。酒店位於麻城高鐵站的附近，交通極為便利，無論是出差還是旅行，都能輕鬆應對各種行程安排。
然而，在愉快的住宿過程中，我卻不慎將行李遺失在了酒店外。當我心急如焚地打電話前台求助時，工作人員非但沒有絲毫的推諉或冷漠，反而迅速行動起來，幫助我尋找丟失行李。在他們的不懈努力下，最終成功找回了我的行李。
更讓我感動的是，為了讓我能夠順利繼續旅程，酒店還主動提出幫我將行李寄回目的地。這一舉動不僅解決了我的燃眉之急，更讓我深刻感受到了麗楓酒店“以客為尊”的服務理念。
