Wonderful Stay! We had a fabulous time. Everything was as described and well stocked. The location was great and a short distance to many waterfalls, and both downtown Franklin and the Highlands. We enjoyed the games, hot tub and fire pit very much. We really didn't want to leave! We will be back.

Great property. Hosts were responsive and house was awesome. House was on a gravel road that was a bit difficult to navigate but it’s perfect for someone looking for something secluded in the mountains.

Our Relaxing Getaway We enjoyed our stay in the peace and quite and beautiful scenic surroundings. The mountains and waterfalls were breathtaking. We relaxed and cooked dinners. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Our first night there we did experience an issue with the TV and the hosts were very quick to take care of the problem. We would definitely go back and would for sure recommend it to others who are looking to relax and enjoy some down time.

Quiet cabin Excellent cabin to try to unplug from the everyday hussle. Jacuzzi was excellent. We left early due to the impending Hurricane Helene but we will stay here again.

Great location, comfortable house in the mountains We enjoyed our stay at the house. Big enough for my husband, myself and three twenty something kids. We loved the hot tub after a long hike. Owners were very responsive to questions. Enjoyed the fire pit area on side of house.
