Myself and my son recently stayed at this fantastic hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations. Located right on the main blue slope, it offers ski-in, ski-out access to three different lifts—making it the perfect base. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding—genuinely friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for them, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Our room was immaculate—spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy, and the bathroom featured both a bath and shower. We were half-board and the food was superb. Both restaurants served top-quality dishes, and the buffet-style breakfast was exceptional. Everything you could possibly want was available, all made with high-quality ingredients. Overall, this hotel is an absolute gem for any skier looking for luxury, convenience, and top-tier service. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning!

Starting with the location, it is well placed for skiers with access from the ski locker door straight onto the blue piste which is an easy ski to Plagne Bellecote centre. The ski locker and boot room was always warm and unlike some other hotels, the boot warmers actually worked. The facilities in the hotel were good although my wife and I were disappointed the sauna and steam room were not working, so if you go for a spa break you'll be disappointed. Our room was good, bed made everyday and gave us a view out across the piste. There was a small balcony but we didn't use it and it looked quite small to be practical. What made this holiday was the bar and restaurant staff who were excellent. All the staff were friendly, helpful and provided prompt with service. Breakfast was as you'd expect in Europe with the usual croissants and pastries. Coffee and fresh fruit juice are available on demand. They also have fresh fruit with a fruit cocktail availble which went down well after bacon and scrambled eggs! Evening in the restaurant was excellent, good food, always something on the menu that we liked and great service. Both my wife and I loved this hotel because of the staff. Having friendly staff makes such a difference to how good a holiday is and this hotel has definitely got that right. We are already looking to return to this hotel because of how good the staff were.
