Kitchen is well stocked and we easily cooked for our family of four. It’s a great option for families looking for the flexibility to eat in, enjoy peaceful nights, and getting to the city hassle free."

"리셉션이 없고 관리인도 전화를 받지를 않아 체크인 하는데 너무 힘들었습니다. 주변 이웃들과 아파트 관리사무소에 KULA회사를 아느냐고 물었지만 모두 몰랐고 안내해주는 푯말도 없었습니다. 나는 방2개 아파트를 예약했는데 그들은 더블 예약을 받았고 방2개짜리 아파트는 없다고 했습니다. 그래서 방1개짜리 아파트 2개를 우리가족에게 주었고 두개의 아파트가 층이 달라서 우리 가족은 떨어져 있어야만 했습니다. 너무 너무 불편했고 불친절했습니다. 다신 예약하지 않을겁니다. 모두 체크인 하는데 어려움을 겪을거예요. 조심하세요!"

"I think the facilities of the room can be much improved. The cover of the freezer box inside the refrigerator is badly broken. The instruction of the in-room safety deposite box is totally faded out and can hardly be read. The surface of the floor of the bath room is far away from evenly and lots of water going out from the shower area and a small well of water thus formed around the drainage. Therefore, the small well of water never dry throughout my stay."

"Nice stay except for the pool and spa - freezing cold pool despite it being indoors and the spa tub was not nearly hot enough. It was all too cold to be enjoyed and that was the primary reason we picked this hotel. Suggest management turn up the warmth."

"I have stayed in this hotel several times. The location, facilities, sanitation and service are all good. However, the increasingly expensive room price is the only dissatisfaction I have. I hope the price can be adjusted."

"The hotel is located in a great and laid back environment. Away from the busy city and a short 5 mins walk to the Macquerie Park Metro Station, 25 mins walk to the Macquerie Centre, with Mac KFC and Asian Food Eateries located just opposite across the hotel. There is also a direct public bus from the hotel to Birkenhead Point Outlet and City! The hotel even provide the daily house keeping services throughout the Christmas Period, thanks to the team for everything! We hope to be back and stay again in the future 👍🏻"
