Incanto Walser Apartments Testa

Good apartment in a great location but very poor management. We rented via VRBO. They requested a lot of information about us, so knew we are two couples. Still, only one key was provided and we spend quite some time on the phone with a manager before getting the second key. The getting into the apartment was initially unreasonably difficult. No garbage bags were provided, one tiny piece of soap in one bathroom, not enough towels for every guest, poor drainage in both bathrooms. Not even salt in the kitchen. Our stay was spoiled by the need to constantly call the manager so something broken will be fixed. People who have brought a bottle opener to replace the broken one hid the bottle of our wine so well we never found it. But nothing else disappeared. In the same building people who rented through Airbnb had the keys to the outer doors provided, but not us.
