The hotel has great amenities and very well located, convenient parking, good breakfast. The staff at this hotel is amazing, I had a slight problem with the billing and they were all over it. Ricardo was exceptional he helped us plan an island tour and was so attentive.

This is a very new hotel, located about 15 minutes from the airport. It's a short walk from the town center, and also close to the vineyards. There's also a large supermarket within a 5 minute walk. The room was very big, and had everything I needed. Very good wifi. Would definitely stay here again.

This was stop 3 of 4 on our recent honeymoon trip to the Azores. We were so delighted with this resort. Very cool Scandinavian blended vibe. The breakfast that was included was sufficient with so many local and European options. We loved the central location to the local swimming and other foodie restaurants. Do not miss the opportunity to dine at the restaurant at the hotel as well. Unfortunately, the sauna was out of order during our visit, but we made great use of the jacuzzi. The rooms were spacious, and we had plenty of space for the 2 of us.

I stayed at Pico Terramar in June with a group of friends. The location is good, just a short walk to Madalena. Some of our rooms had a view of Pico mountain and others had a view of the outdoor pool and ocean. Our rooms were beautiful, spacious and well furnished. The bathroom, especially the shower, was very nice. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool as well as the indoor spa and pool. The towels they provided were very large and fluffy. They had a nice breakfast buffet each morning with a nice variety of options such as eggs, meat, fruit, breads, pastries, juices and coffee. It was a great way to start our day. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Pico island.

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt im Pico Terramar und Spa. Wir waren hier Ende März 2025 für 5 Nächte zu Gast und hatten ein Superior-Doppelzimmer mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Nachbarinsel Faial und den Atlantik. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und haben eine bemerkenswerte Größe. Die Badezimmer sind ebenso modern. Der Wellnessbereich hat einen guten Pool und einen guten Whirlpool. In der Nebensaison hatten wir den Bereich öfter für uns allein, in der Hauptsaison könnte es enger werden. Das Frühstück ist gehobene Mittelklasse. Es gibt Obst, Kuchen und die üblichen kontinentalen Dinge wie Bacon, Rührei, Spiegelei und einen Pancake Automaten. Leider war während unseres Besuchs zunehmend die Auswahl an Cornflakes begrenzt, da offensichtlich nicht genug Vorräte vorhanden sind. Dies fällt aber nicht ins Gewicht. Einzig anzumerken ist, dass in der Dusche der Druck und die Temperatur des Wassers sekündlich schwankt, sodass man etwas aufpassen muss. Im Ergebnis kann man sagen: uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder buchen.

Tivemos uma estadia fantástica o hotel com muito bom gosto e conforto assim como a piscina, spa e restaurante. O staff sempre atencioso. O pequeno almoço também muito completo com uma vista linda para o pico. Todas as refeições que fizemos no restaurante foram fantásticas, a carne estava divinal.

Já conhecíamos a ilha do Pico, onde já estivemos outras vezes. O seu quê de mágico e único impele-nos a regressar. O Pico Terramar&Spa foi uma escolha feliz: muito bem localizado; condições excelentes; e um acolhimento profissional de realce. O quarto era amplo, muito bonito, aconchegante e com uma vista extraordinária para a ilha do Faial. Uma experiência a repetir.

Gloednieuw hotel, dus alles is fris en mooi en nieuw. Heerlijk ruime kamers met zitje buiten. Veel voorzieningen, goed ontbijt. Ook het restaurant is prima. Lekker eten met een wijntje van het eiland. Niks op aan te merken. Binnen en buitenbad met ligstoelen en op een goede locatie.
