Spacious room, with double bed, sitting area and mezzanine with 2 single beds, very clean! Initially we had a technical problem with the TV not working but Vittoria, always kind and helpful, moved us from room. The breakfast is not a buffet but served ... the first day I must say that the impact was not the best as we had to "pull out with pliers" what the hotel proposed ... when requesting a simple toast we were told that it was not possible to have it but then, fortunately, it came along with some excellent desserts made by them, dried and fresh fruit, cold cuts including bresaola made by them, yogurt and cereals, bread and homemade jams with fruit at zero km really amazing !!!!! Vittoria and Stefano made our holiday relaxing and also pampered us with an excellent dinner! Wellness center with a beautiful swimming pool with waterfall and whirlpool

Few rooms in a newly renovated hotel. Beautiful room with an almost virtual fireplace. Nice balcony. Unfortunately, the spa and swimming pool are still closed. Excellent breakfast served at the table with homemade jams and juices. Kind service and great availability

Siamo stati 3gg in questo bellissimo hotel, inizio col dire che è tutto molto curato, pulito, profumato.. la camera bellissima, la piscina con affaccio sulla montagna innevata..top! Colazione ottima ed i piatti dello chef del Cantinone strepitosi!!!! Inoltre dispongono di una stazione di ricarica per auto elettriche .. posto consigliatissimo!

Ci siamo fatti la settimana bianca a Genn 24 Ottima impressione, camera/suite grande con effetto camino molto confortevole, non mancava di nulla. Con un bel balconcino ghiacciato viste le temperature sotto zero. Park esterno ma defilato rispetto alla strada. La SPA é favolosa e simpaticissima la sig.ra Katia. Proprietari molto cordiali che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Abbiamo cenato una sera nel loro ristorante " Il Cantinone" dove si esibisce in cucina lo chef stellato (* Michelin) Stefano Masanti. Menù gourmet con alcuni piatti della tradizione lombarda rivisitati. Siamo rientrati a casa rigenerati. Molto consigliato: tassativa la prenotazione per il ristorante.

Abbimo alloggiato in questo hotel per quattro notti: la camera era fantastica, cuscini morbidi e trapuntino caldo. La nostra aveva anche un soppalco con ulteriori due lettini, una piccola parte con divano e due poltrone e un bagno molto pulito. La SPA è ben tenuta, grazie alla cordiale Sofia che ogni giorno ci accoglieva con un bel sorriso ed una tisana calda tra un bagno idromassaggio e una sauna. La piscina riscaldata molto bella, unica pecca quando ci sono troppi bimbi “perde il senso del relax”. La colazione non è a buffet: le briosche nn sono fresche, ma le marmellate sono buonissime prodotte in casa con il pane a fette. Servizio anche in questo caso impeccabile, la hostess da sola riusciva ad essere veloce e cordiale. Posizione perfetta, in centro Madesimo.
