We had been going on a skiing holiday to this facility for years now and I have to tell the truth we have always had a good time, but this year the wife of Giuseppe, the owner, broke the spell. We were contacted for communications regarding the reservation, because their company policies had changed. So we had to pay for the rooms they booked otherwise they wouldn't reserve them for us. Very good. No sooner said than done. Then from the day of booking, like every year, other friends of ours asked for quotes which we then didn't confirm with a bank transfer, so according to them they weren't confirmed. Upon arrival, the lady welcomed us and told us that we had an extra person in the booking. We pointed out that the person hadn't been paid extra and therefore based on their emails and the new company policies, it wasn't confirmed. Moral of the story, 30 people who have been in this facility for years will no longer stay here because they made us pay for an extra person. The lady is unpleasant and behaves badly, as soon as you arrive you will notice. We recommended placing her in a role where she didn't have to deal with customers but above all not in customer reception!!!
