Flush, plugs, walls and furniture broken. I am afraid it is not the standard I was seeking when I booked this hotel. Bear in mind the reception it is getting refurbished so you have to go to a different location (5 minutes walking) to get your keys.

Excellent location, our room overlooked a slightly noisy alley with passers-by and the noise of the air conditioners, but bearable. On the other hand, the sliding door of the toilet was removed, they repaired it 2 days later. Be careful if you have Amazon-type packages delivered, the hotel has 2 addresses, be careful to use the one where there is a reception, otherwise there will be no one to receive it.
Otherwise the Check in and Check out went very well, bottles of water are provided free of charge and at will, I found that cool.
I will come back without hesitation

We had a suite room which was very narrow. The room was very clean. It is located on a parallel street to Gran Via.
