It's about a 15-minute walk from Atocha Station, and the roads are quite narrow and difficult to find. The lock was sturdy. The bathroom was shared, but there were no other guests so we were free to use it. Towels were provided. We were also free to use the kitchen. It's fine if you're just going to sleep. Be careful as it's far from the center of Madrid.
