It was the most satisfying decision for me, who considered cleanliness as the most important.

Very small but nice hotel. Quietly located but still central. Rooms are spacious and modern. Clean. Nice staff. You can only get in with a code. There is a kettle with cups in the room. You should bring your own tea/coffee though. Small fridge. There is a breakfast option, but it is very simple, in the entrance area. I would come back here anytime!

It was a store at street level and today converted into a tourist apartment. Very central and you can reach the center in a very short time. Equipped with all types of furniture, both appliances and utensils. The bathroom was well equipped but we had to warn about the hot water.

I don't easily give five stars to everything. Anyone who follows me and reads my comments knows this. However, I give everything about this hotel five stars with peace of mind. The room I stayed in was a little small, but that's not a problem. I don't know what it was like before, either the hotel or all the rooms have been renovated. Everything is perfect, you take a shower, they used quality products. Your bed is clean, the rooms are clean. If you say service, I think it deserves ten stars, not five stars. The people working at the reception are friendly and helpful. They all care about your problems and do it with a smile. I thank each of them for this. The people working in housekeeping are equally friendly and do their job very well. I would like to thank them as well. In terms of location, it is 10 minutes walking distance to Sol Square, that is, to the center. Great location very close. In terms of price policy, you stay at very affordable prices when compared to other hotels. There was a huge smart TV in my room, and I could easily connect my phone to the TV and watch channels from my country on YouTube. I would like to thank the hotel very much, the staff, I recommend it to everyone and if I come to Madrid again, I will stay in this hotel🙏🙏🙏🙏

Excelente ubicación, en pleno centro de Madrid, cerca de la plaza mayor y la puerta del sol, entre otros lugares. El personal muy amable. La habitación muy moderna, cómoda y limpia. El baño muy cómoda, con una ducha espectacular. Lo único a mencionar es que el desayuno era un poco pobre y la habitación un poco calurosa (por más que hubiese aire acondicionado no bajaba de 22 grados).
