I had a great experience at Velvet Hostels Pacifico. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The hostel is very clean and well-maintained, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and everything felt fresh and comfortable.
