When I checked in, I didn't answer the doorbell. I had to wait for someone to open the door before I could enter. Then I was told that the room was full, so I arranged to move to another hotel. I had to wait for a long time before I could check in. Then the environment was very bad. There was only one toilet. The street staff was very bad. I saw it.
