We stayed at second floor which I was woken up by street noise in the middle of the night. Otherwise good location to walk around for sight seeing

The room is quite big, the service staff is very friendly, the corridor is a bit dark, and the room has some gaps in the light shielding.

This hotel is better than expected. There is a Chinese-speaking girl at the front desk who enthusiastically introduced the attractions in Madrid and how to get to them. The room facilities are very new. The hotel is very beautiful in the old style. It is next to the Prado Museum and 5 minutes walk from the Retiro Park. We also walked to the farthest attraction, the Royal Palace of Madrid, which seemed to be less than 20 minutes. Other attractions are around the hotel. The breakfast is also very rich.
