The hotel was very nice and the service we got was great as well. But the location of the hotel was a bit too bad.

The worst hotel in madrid its not a 4 star hotel maybe 0-0.5 star hotel. The crew team dont know to.speak basic English which is the most using language. Also, food is very poor no vegetables which is the important items at the breakfast and no eggs, they dont understand that theses elements give the energy and power for each human to function well for 80 usd dollar hotel price it should be added.
