The outstanding feature of this hotel was its location. We walked everywhere, and we only used the Metro to get to the Puerto Atocha train station with our bags (easy!). The reception was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. We rented a 3-person room for ourselves and our adult daughter. We appreciated the complimentary waters stocked in the fridge. Great value. Just know that the rooms are very basic.

Very bad bed and pillows that were almost flat, could not get any proper sleep, bed was very unconfortable, the toilet had no toilet brush, there were no slippers provided, the room was very dark due to small windows and if you opened any window and shade you could shake hands with the next room across the inner hall, we were that close. Lastly inflexible staff at front desk. When i said i will be 15 min late with checkout she said i need to pay extra

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. We were welcomed by the reception people and helped when needed. Elizabeth mostly provided great service. The hotel is very central with metro few steps away. It is near restaurants. Highly recommended! 💯

The location is the best, and the rest is not bad. I'm not sure about the recommendation. It's a 5-minute walk from Gran Via Station, Sol Square to Seville Station. There's a bar on the first floor, so it's very noisy on weekends and evenings. It was uncomfortable because there wasn't a table to eat in the room.

Great location and very clean, however teenagers running up and down the hallway half the night it gave the feeling of being more like a hostel, it seems that they take in either school or college tours

Excellent location, nice staff. Everything else needs improvement: the cleanliness, no shelves or small tables in the room, no drinks or snacks to buy. I understand that Madrid is expensive, but for what you pay they could do so much better with smal adjustments…

We were here last year of September and really enjoyed our stay. We were always provided with excellent service. Will definitely saty here again in the future and will be recommending this place to our friends.

Great locate and shower that’s about where the good ends staff is rude and unhelpful, the rooms are extremely sparse and sleeping is incredibly uncomfortable from odd thin pillows to terrible mattress and the naming convention is stupid as the staff can’t even pronounce the names of the rooms
