Worst hotel ever do not come here!!! The entry is very unsafe anyone can come in we came after hours and did not feel safe at all and tried looking for different hotels as soon as we entered DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! The area is unsafe and the room feels very unsafe our driver was skepctial to let us out!

Very expensive price for what we found. Not even a chair to sit on, soft mattresses, a bathroom like a Berlanga movie, no wardrobe, a tree on the balcony, paper windows for noise... a gem. Yes, towels and sheets are ok

Este finde semana estuvimos en Madrid y nos alojamos aquí. Nos cobraron el importe de la estancia un mes antes de lo previsto sin avisar, por lo que tuvimos que pagar o perdíamos la habitación. Las fotos que están varían mucho de la realidad, el precio de 183€ lo veo tremendamente excesivo para el estado de la habitación. Limpieza superficial, humedad a tope , hormigas en el baño, telarañas. Se debería de invertir más en la limpieza porque deja mucho que desear. Además, unos días antes de llegar, intentamos contactar con el local para averiguar si disponían de ascensor o de algún medio para subir una silla de ruedas, pero no nos cogieron el teléfono. Desde luego que la experiencia ha sido única y para no repetir.

El baño con moho que traspasaba a las paredes del dormitorio. El microondas digno de visita de sanidad. La balconera no cerraba bien por culpa de la mugre que tenía los rieles. El suelo de madera levantado por alguna fuga de agua y no se había limpiado en días,muy muy sucio. Sábanas y cama bien.
