Just awful. Well, for a start, the noise is terrible. Noise from the latin-american restaurant which is right across the street and its weekend loud karaoke sessions, noise from the supermarket garage right at the bedroom window and its night garbage trucks, noise from all the partying neighbors. I mean, the appartment is not noise isolated at all. I could hear all the neighbors as if they were in the same room with me. The owner, however, offered a 29 EUR discount on my first night for the inconvenience, when I complained about it. Then, the appartment smells like cigarette smoke, heavily and badly. While I was there, you could smell the cigarette smoke coming from the hallway. The area is really dirty, full of trash on the street and gang-like gatherings. Probably, this is why they require a deposit in advance. Couch smelly, windows not isolating the inside heat properly. You could feel the cold air currents in bed. All in all, do yourselves. favor and book somewhere else.

It is very expensive for its location. The facilities are ok but it is not soundproof, you can hear it from the other apartments. The apartment is well supplied, with oil, sugar, salt and seasonings. The kitchen sink is somewhat uncomfortable and the bathroom floods a little when you bathe in the attic apartment. The complaint service is terrible, we complain about noise and they do nothing, you have to pay it even though they charge you a deposit of 150 euros (which they could give you as compensation for the offender's deposit) I don't understand how they don't care keep a happy customer. I would have returned if they had the decorum to compensate me one night when some neighbors didn't let me sleep. I do not recommend it
