THEIR PROPERTIES ARE DUMPS. FOR AN ENTIRE 5-STORY APARTMENT COMPLEX, THEY ONLY ONE WORKING WASHING MASHING. THEIR WIFI SIGNAL WAS WEAK AND DID NOT WORK HALF THE TIME, AND MOST OF THEIR APPLIANCES DID NOT WORK. OUR MICROWAVE DID NOT WORK OR WAS FIXED THE ENTIRE MONTH WE WERE THERE AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US AN EXTRA ELEVEN DAYS OVER A MONTH EVEN THOUGH WE WERE THERE AND ONLY BOOKED EXACTLY ONE MONTH. WHY? BECAUSE WE RENTED BEGINNING THE 9TH OF THE MONTH TO THE 9TH OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH. THEY OUT OF THE BLUE FELT LIKE CHARCHING US AS IF WE MOVED IN THE 1ST OF THE MONTH TO THE 9Th OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. STAY AWAY FROM ALTERHOME AT ALL COST.

I booked an apartment they send me pictures for an apartment and whenever I reached to the place I find that they give me a studio and the pictures is totally different than the real place after all I didn’t get my advance until now and that 9 days ago i supposed to receive it in 7 days , they never answer to calls or to messages only if you are lucky, I recommended people not to book in this place ever never

Poor communication and lack of flexibility from the staff. When I needed to change my booking (partly because their staff confirmed the WRONG dates for my trip), they refused to refund my money, and when I tried to reschedule, the price of the room doubled. Very overpriced and not worth the hassle.

The host's treatment was appalling, and we were completely fooled by the photos offered... the photos are one thing, but when you get there, you find another. There's nowhere to put your suitcase or clothes. As I said before, the hosts were very nice at first, but then everything was miserable. Ten days after we left, we're still waiting for a bill, and they even hang up on us on the phone.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. Great location, friendly, helpful staff. The door code was also easy to get to. Needs improvement: The room was simply too small for the price. As soon as you unfolded the sofa into a bed, you couldn't get in and out of the door, and you couldn't even sit at the table. The bed in the bedroom was great, as was the space inside. So, in conclusion, if you're traveling with four people, you'll need a room for six or eight people.

Pesima la experiencia . Las fotos son engañosas. Los Apartamento no estan en las condiciones mencionadas. Un mal trato por parte del anfitrion . Me engañaron por booking y encima me exigen Una finanza de 150 euros y Una llave electronica . Se escucha todo y se huele todo. De vez en cuando olor a cloaca. Los colchones y sofa ni cuento la incomodidad. La verdad que si quieres vivir tu peor pesadilla de vacaciones vente a estos apartamentos. Paredes sucias. Lamparones en los sofas. La llave electronico no funciona bien, el grifo de la cocina roto . La tabla de la cocina rota. El armario no es armario son 4 palos con 4 perchas. Lo unico positivo que puedes piner lavadora sin coste adicional . De verdad que te estropen las vacaciones ya es para que ellos me indemnicen
