Great place, perfect location and big comfortable bed. Would stay again. Good value for money too.

This is an excellent mid-range small hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet and with pleasant staff. The location is superb: the door opens onto the pedestrian-only portion of Calle Fuencarral. Many good restaurants, and even some superb restaurants are nearby (for example Orio is less than two minutes away). The Plaza Mayor is about a five minute walk, and metro “Tribunal” is about four minutes in the opposite direction. We will return in a heartbeat.

Great value for what you get! The room was modern and clean. Very comfortable beds. Great air conditioning. Super clean bathroom. The staff was extremely nice. My only critique is that it was difficult to get in the building - hint: hit buzzer #2 when you get there. The building is undergoing renovations- construction paper all over the stairs.The building seems like a mix of residential and then the floor with the wahoo rooms. No traditional lobby and no sig outside other than a small one near the doorbells.

The worst hotel experience I’ve had so far. This is actually the first ever review I’ve left because it was that bad. We booked a room that we didn’t receive and we only booked the room because of the balcony and we’re placed in a completely different type of suite than what we paid for. We quickly informed the front desk once we saw the room and were told not to worry they will change us tomorrow. We decided we can do one night here and then switch to not be too difficult. Over the next few days we were never changed and every time the new front desk attendant was there they had no idea what we were talking about. We kept hearing different things and were shifted to different people without any solution. It was very frustrating and made us waste a lot of our time we had in Madrid. On top of that the bathroom smelled terrible the entire time and made it hard to sleep at night. We talked to someone named Maria who was very rude and talked down to us the entire time. I would never recommend this hotel. The people working were a nightmare to deal with. Save your money and book somewhere else so you can have a stress-free and good smelling stay!

Very impressed with Woohoo rooms! The location was perfect, right next to Gran vie. The bed was huge and super comfy. We had a balcony which was lovely. The bathroom was lovely and modern with a great shower. Everything was very clean. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly. They let us check in early and drop our bags off which was very handy. The price of the room was also very reasonable. Would 100% recommend for anyone visiting Madrid.
