Traveling abroad to Madrid, this hotel is relatively close to the city center, with convenient transportation and easy access. The breakfast in the morning is simple but nutritious. It is worth recommending and will come to live again next time.

I stayed at this hostel for 5 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful... the rooms were very nice for the modest price, although the bed was a bit hard, but it was fine... I hope to return on a future trip. If I return to Madrid I would not hesitate to book again.

It is the first time that I have not only left disappointed by the quality of the service but also physically compromised, room 105! An old mattress that is impossible to sleep on, a pain in my lower back and back that has sent me to the physiotherapist, a bed frame that tests your temperance because it squeaks just when you breathe and causes you real anxiety, a white light that bothers you in a claustrophobic room and pillows that if you don't want neck problems it is better to put a towel underneath like I did, not counting the blanket full of lint that just thinking that I am going to find hair from the previous one already makes you cringe, RECEPTION: on the edge of cordiality, not at all close and with a NO in front of any problem that there is, after telling them everything bad about the room THE YOUNGEST GIRL, who by her attitude seemed to be the owner's daughter, did not even flinch, lack of empathy, she went about her business. I think it's a real rip-off that they charge you €200 to literally sleep for two nights, and I say literally sleep because in that room you can't do anything else since you spend the day outside just to not come back.

Esperaba otra cosa por las fotos. Nada que ver. Habitación demasido pequeña y claustrofóbica. El mini escritorio para cambiar o restaurar (el cajón). Lo bueno, aire acondicionado y el habitáculo limpio. Lo mejor, la ubicación. No repetiré.
