Very pleasant hotel, albeit not in the very center of Madrid. Very clean and well-maintained. Our room was all right, but located in the basement, which made it feel somewhat dingy. Upon arrival we wanted to get something to eat at the bar while waiting for the room to be cleaned. However, the wait was inacceptable. Breakfast is more like 3*. Probably too expensive for what it offers, but unforfunately Madrid hotels are quite expensive.

The hotel is located in what we found to be a quiet tourist area, yet centrally located, right next to a small park with a playground. It's only 2 minutes to the San Bernardo metro station, and about 5 minutes to the Bilbao station, which has many restaurants. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until our room was ready, and again on our day of departure. The lobby is very nice, with plenty of seating. The rooms are functionally furnished but offer plenty of space. The double bed was comfortable, as were the pillows, and everything was very clean. The bathroom has shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion, as well as other toiletries. It's a bit noisy; we could especially hear the shower in the adjoining room, as if someone was showering in our room. However, since it was in use during normal hours, it didn't bother us. The breakfast buffet is excellent and offers something for every taste. The staff is very friendly.

Great choice of hotel, well located, quiet and peaceful place, clean and very very pleasant hotel.

I didn't order breakfast, I can't comment.
Very complete gym although a little small but it was enough for daily training, especially because the first choice was the gym, but without a doubt the whole hotel is worth it.
Very friendly service too 😊 I will definitely be back.
