Great location, big washroom, yet very limited space for 3 ppl room. Sounds proof was very bad. Been hearing ppl talking very clearly at night and walking steps the floor above.

Hotel is in a perfect location! We usually stay in Sol but this area was more relaxed and less sketchy. It was only around a 10 minute walk to the gran via. If you go left from the hotel, there were plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were really friendly, the hotel was clean enough for my standards. The only slight negative, I think the roof was thin, as our upstairs neighbour was awake at 4am and we could hear them walking and dropping things on the floor which kept us awake, so we did not have a great sleep. And the mirror for the dressing table was far too high so I couldn't see whilst getting ready.
However, if you requested a top floor I don't think noise would have been an issue. The beds were very comfortable too! I would stay again 😁 (couple, 31 and 34)

A very nice hotel, just at the northern edge of Madrid city centre. The room was spacious, the breakfast great. Our room faced a busy street, but the windows are good, so the cars were barely audible.
The free contemporary art museum is within five minutes walking. San Bernardo subway station is also near.
All in all, it was a great stay, highly recommended

Hotel was in a great location for everything in Madrid. Description of hotel states it has a bar and restaurant, whilst itbis true that they have these, neither are in operation and have not been for over 2 years, according to Hotel staff. If like us you like a nightcap after a long day walking around the City, do not stay here!

The room was clean and decent size. We only stayed couple of hours as this hotel is outside the city. Ideally you always have to take a bus or cab to go into the center. You can walk also but it would be 30-40 mins walk. Rest all is great.
