The unkempt appearance of things, the lack of repairs/replacement of objects in the room that are in an advanced state of wear and tear (for example the entrance door). The poor quality of the windows that do not provide adequate sound insulation. The improper functioning of the air conditioners

Rooms are nothing like the photos or certainly not ours. Out dated bathroom, concrete beds and rubbish pillow. Not enough room to swing a cat which is disappointing as booked the superior studio through Booking for the extra space. They aren't able to actually give me what I reserved so outdated, stained, small apartment it is. I would not stay here again if they paid me.

El establecimiento está ubicado en una zona muy sencilla de llegar desde la A2, así como para la salida de Madrid. La amabilidad de recepción fue exquisita por parte de Richard y también de su compañero (al que no pude preguntar su nombre) Recomiendo pagar el garaje, dejar ahí el coche y ya moverse por Madrid en metro cuyo parada está casi al lado del hotel. La zona es muy tranquila y de noche no hay ruidos, por lo menos cuando yo estuve. Sitios para comer y desayunar cerca con muy buena relación calidad-precio.
